Kelly Diley LCSW Pathways NWPA

Kelly J. Diley, LCSW

Owner, Therapist

Kelly J. Diley (she/her/hers), LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Thiel College, where she also received an Aging Specialist Certificate in Gerontology. Kelly completed her Master of Social Work in Community Organization and Social Administration at the University of Pittsburgh.

Kelly’s professional experience spans inpatient and outpatient settings, community-based services, and school social work. She has provided case management, therapy, and advocacy services for clients of all ages. Kelly has a particular interest in assisting adults transitioning into retirement, managing co-occurring medical needs, and supporting caregivers. 

In addition to providing therapy, Kelly provides clinical supervision for professionals working towards clinical licensure. Her supervision services meet the standards of the PA Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs and include test preparation, resource sharing, and the opportunity to treat patients under her license. Kelly is passionate about mentoring and positively impacting the future of social work.

As a well-rounded practitioner, additional interventions including yoga, qigong, and faith-based sessions are available upon request. 

Kelly offers in-person sessions at the Edinboro office and online sessions via the patient portal. She is available during regular business hours and one evening per week.

 
Pathways NWPA – Megan Phillips – Therapist

Megan Phillips, LCSW

Therapist

Megan Phillips (she/her), LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Mercyhurst University and her Master of Social Work from Edinboro University. Since then, Megan has worked closely with clients in various case management and advocacy roles, assisting them with mental health needs, addiction recovery, and trauma healing. She achieved her clinical license in 2021.

Megan is an active member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), staying current on best practices in the field. Most of her professional experience has been with female clients and the LGBTQIA+ community. She looks forward to working with people of all gender identities at Pathways NWPA LLC and continues to engage in continuing education to support those seeking help in these areas. Megan is also interested in earning a certification in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) as her next professional goal.

Megan specializes in helping people learn about healthy relationships, self-esteem, setting and maintaining healthy boundaries, and navigating grief and loss. 

Megan offers sessions during regular business hours, with no evening appointments available. Her treatment sessions are conducted exclusively online via the patient portal, increasing accessibility for those with barriers to in-person care.

Pathways NWPA – Samantha McCoy -Therapist

Samantha McCoy, LPC

Therapist

Samantha McCoy (she/her/hers), LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gannon University. Samantha’s career in mental health has included diverse roles, from administrative case management to clinical work in partial hospitalization programs and outpatient mental health settings.

Samantha’s professional experience spans early childhood through adulthood, with a primary focus on children, adolescents, and families. She has specialized training in trauma, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), EMDR for early childhood using play therapy, and Polyvagal-Informed Therapy approaches. 

Samantha is committed to her professional growth and plans to pursue further training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS) for clinical practice.

Samantha offers in-person sessions at the Edinboro office and online sessions via the patient portal. She is available during regular business hours on Mondays and two evenings per week.

Pathways NWPA – Kayla N Cochran – Therapist

Kayla N. Shade, LPC, NCC

Therapist

Kayla N. Shade (she/her), LPC, NCC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and a National Certified Counselor. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Marketing, along with certificates in Consumer Psychology and Developmental Psychology, from Penn State Behrend. Kayla obtained her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Edinboro University.

Kayla’s professional experience spans various settings, including hospitals, inpatient drug and alcohol treatment, inpatient psychiatric care, medical social work, community-based services, and outpatient mental health and drug and alcohol counseling. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a psychotherapy intervention used to treat individuals with trauma by alleviating distress associated with traumatic events. 

Kayla has a particular interest in working with individuals suffering from addiction, traumatic events, and with our veteran population. 

Kayla offers in-person sessions at the Edinboro office and online via the patient portal. She is available during regular business hours and one evening per week.

 
Caity Bilanich, LSW

Caity Bilanich, LSW

Caity Bilanich (she/her), LSW, is a Licensed Social Worker in Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Social Work from Pennsylvania Western University in Edinboro. Her professional experience includes roles in outpatient mental health, community mental health, and wellness leadership. In these roles, she conducted individual and group therapy, case management, and care coordination in both clinical and higher education settings.

Caity has diverse experience providing services across the lifespan, working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. With a primary focus on individuals experiencing obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety, and autism spectrum–related concerns, she approaches care from a neurodiversity-affirming, collaborative, trauma-informed, and evidence-based framework that honors individual strengths and lived experience.

Committed to further professional growth, she is actively pursuing advanced clinical licensure to expand her scope of practice and professional opportunities within Pathways NWPA. She values the use of creative and expressive approaches, including art-based interventions, as supportive tools for emotional expression, insight, and overall mental wellness when clinically appropriate.

Caity offers in-person sessions in Edinboro and virtual sessions via the patient portal. She is available during the evening on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and offers morning appointments on Saturdays upon request.
