Kelly J. Diley, LCSW

Owner, Therapist

Kelly J. Diley (she/her/hers), LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Thiel College, where she also received an Aging Specialist Certificate in Gerontology. Kelly completed her Master of Social Work in Community Organization and Social Administration at the University of Pittsburgh.

Kelly’s professional experience spans inpatient and outpatient settings, community-based services, and school social work. She has provided case management, therapy, and advocacy services for clients of all ages. Kelly has a particular interest in assisting adults transitioning into retirement, managing co-occurring medical needs, and supporting caregivers. 

In addition to providing therapy, Kelly provides clinical supervision for professionals working towards clinical licensure. Her supervision services meet the standards of the PA Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs and include test preparation, resource sharing, and the opportunity to treat patients under her license. Kelly is passionate about mentoring and positively impacting the future of social work.

As a well-rounded practitioner, additional interventions including yoga, qigong, and faith-based sessions are available upon request.  As a registered team with the Alliance of Therapy Dogs, Kelly and her dog Max offer animal-assisted intervention when appropriate, which can be a valuable part of the therapeutic experience. 

Kelly offers in-person sessions at the Edinboro office and online sessions via the patient portal. She is available during regular business hours and one evening per week.

Megan Phillips, LCSW

Therapist

Megan Phillips (she/her), LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Mercyhurst University and her Master of Social Work from Edinboro University. Since then, Megan has worked closely with clients in various case management and advocacy roles, assisting them with mental health needs, addiction recovery, and trauma healing. She achieved her clinical license in 2021.

Megan is an active member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), staying current on best practices in the field. Most of her professional experience has been with female clients and the LGBTQIA+ community. She looks forward to working with people of all gender identities at Pathways NWPA LLC and continues to engage in continuing education to support those seeking help in these areas. Megan is also interested in earning a certification in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) as her next professional goal.

Megan specializes in helping people learn about healthy relationships, self-esteem, setting and maintaining healthy boundaries, and navigating grief and loss. 

Megan offers sessions during regular business hours, with no evening appointments available. Her treatment sessions are conducted exclusively online via the patient portal, increasing accessibility for those with barriers to in-person care.

Samantha McCoy, LPC

Therapist

Samantha McCoy (she/her/hers), LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gannon University. Samantha’s career in mental health has included diverse roles, from administrative case management to clinical work in partial hospitalization programs and outpatient mental health settings.

Samantha’s professional experience spans early childhood through adulthood, with a primary focus on children, adolescents, and families. She has specialized training in trauma, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), EMDR for early childhood using play therapy, and Polyvagal-Informed Therapy approaches. 

Samantha is committed to her professional growth and plans to pursue further training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS) for clinical practice.

Samantha offers in-person sessions at the Edinboro office and online sessions via the patient portal. She is available during regular business hours on Mondays and two evenings per week.

Kayla N. Cochran, LPC, NCC

Therapist

Kayla N. Cochran (she/her), LPC, NCC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and a National Certified Counselor. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Marketing, along with certificates in Consumer Psychology and Developmental Psychology, from Penn State Behrend. Kayla obtained her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Edinboro University.

Kayla’s professional experience spans various settings, including hospitals, inpatient drug and alcohol treatment, inpatient psychiatric care, medical social work, community-based services, and outpatient mental health and drug and alcohol counseling. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a psychotherapy intervention used to treat individuals with trauma by alleviating distress associated with traumatic events. 

Kayla has a particular interest in working with individuals suffering from addiction, traumatic events, and with our veteran population. 

Kayla offers in-person sessions at the Edinboro office and online via the patient portal. She is available during regular business hours and one evening per week.

Josh Niedermeyer, LSW

Music Therapy

Joshua D. Niedermeyer (him/he/his), LSW, is a Licensed Social Worker in Pennsylvania.  He earned his Bachelor of Science from Edinboro University in 2016, where he majored in Social Work.  Josh also earned his Master of Social Work in 2019 from Edinboro University.  His professional experience has included crisis services, residential mental health therapy in a psychiatric setting, and school social work.  He has provided case management, therapy, and crisis services for adults and adolescents.  Josh has a particular interest in working with adolescents and young adults seeking help to cope with anxiety, depression as they transition to their next phase of adulthood.

Josh enjoys incorporating music and music therapy techniques to assist clients in connecting with their emotions.  He also incorporates faith-based values as requested, as well as mindfulness techniques to help clients reach their goals.

Josh is currently working to attain his Clinical Social Work license, and developing his knowledge in music therapy.  He offers treatment in the office setting one evening/week, under the supervision of practice owner Kelly Diley, LCSW.  Josh’s clinical licensure is targeted for later this year in 2024.

Amanda Grubbs

Life Coach

Amanda Grubbs (she/her) is a Life Coach at Pathways NWPA LLC. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in both Psychology and Sociology from Clarion University. With 25 years of professional experience in mental health programs, Amanda has primarily worked with children and families, focusing on behavior management, resilience building, and navigating community resources.

Amanda has a particular interest in working with adolescents (ages 14 and older) and has specialized training in issues relevant to the transition to adulthood. She is pursuing certification in life coaching under David Keys’ neuro-linguistic model, aiming to help individuals change their behaviors and thinking patterns to achieve their goals.

As a member of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), Amanda collaborates with local resources to improve access to wellness services. 

In addition to her coaching role, Amanda serves as the Referral Coordinator at Pathways NWPA LLC. She is available by phone to assist with the referral process, helping match clients with therapists based on clinical need, availability, and insurance requirements.

Amanda is  available for appointments one evening per week.

Nicole Platz, MS

Life Coach

Nicole Platz (she/her/hers) is a Master-level Life Coach. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Mercyhurst College and her Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. Nicole’s career has spanned various clinical and administrative roles, including residential drug and alcohol treatment, family-based mental health, and outpatient therapy. She is passionate about advocating, educating, and improving systems to better serve those in need of mental and behavioral health care. Nicole is also an Executive Committee member of the Erie Coalition for a Trauma-Informed Community (ECTIC).

Nicole’s coaching services primarily focus on couples and families. She emphasizes healthy communication, trust, appropriate boundaries, stress management, and teamwork to promote healthy relationships for her clients. 

Nicole offers appointments on weekends, providing greater accessibility for working families and couples. Sessions are available in person or online via the patient portal, based on client preference.
