Individual, couples, & family counseling

If you’re feeling overwhelmed and need a nonjudgmental, unbiased professional to talk to, this service is for you.

Individual counseling sessions can also include others at your request. You can discuss with your counselor when this might be beneficial.

For couples sessions, appointments are typically held with your partner, though there may be times where individual sessions are needed to discuss personal perspectives. Outpatient therapy can also address relationship issues for one or both parties. These decisions will be made based on your counselor’s recommendations to ensure you receive the right service, in the right amount, at the right time.

Your concerns are always confidential and respected.

Our sessions can address any questions, concerns, barriers, or patterns you may notice.  You’ll engage in various activities to help explore these concerns such as:

We provide support to guide you through this process at your own pace, including therapeutic tasks to practice outside of sessions

Therapy Dog

Kelly’s dog, Max, is a certified therapy animal through the Alliance of Therapy Dogs. Max is a 9-year-old Llewellin Setter and can be incorporated into therapy sessions for animal-assisted interventions when appropriate.

Occasionally, he visits the office for the day to stay familiar with the environment and behavioral expectations. Kelly and Max volunteer with the Crawford County group, Paws Hand Delivered, providing human-animal interaction at various community locations.

Medical records and liability insurance coverage are available upon request.

Presentations

We offer educational materials, presentations, and assistance with special projects on various mental health and wellness topics. Our team can tailor content to your audience’s needs and deliver it at your location, complete with PowerPoint presentations, handouts, and activities.
